The birth of a new life or arrival of a new family member and welcoming the new member into families is a sacred event to be observed with great reverence, humility, gratitude, and celebration.
The sacred blessing welcomes the new member into the family. It is the family’s welcome and community’s recognition that this new life and addition has been given to them as a sacred trust.
